In Beta 0.80, we focused on privacy and Incognito Mode. With 0.85, we are turning to another practical question: before two people start talking, consider a match, or share a home, how can they understand each other a little better?
匹配前，先多了解一点彼此 / Know a Little More Before Matching
年龄、语言、城市和经历都很重要，但它们不能完全说明一个人怎样面对临时变化、怎样表达不同意见，也不能说明一个家庭如何安排时间、边界和支持。真正开始相处以后，这些往往比一张漂亮的资料卡更重要。
Age, language, location and experience all matter, but they do not fully show how someone handles change or expresses disagreement. Nor do they show how a family approaches schedules, boundaries and support. Once people begin living together, these details often matter more than a polished profile.
因此，我们在 0.85 中向互惠生和接待家庭分别开放了两套可选的在线适应与相处自评。它们不会替你作决定，而是帮你找到一些值得更早聊清楚的话题。
That is why Beta 0.85 introduces two optional online readiness and living-style reflections—one for au pairs and one for host families. They do not make decisions for you. They help surface topics worth discussing earlier.
给互惠生：生活与沟通自评 / For Au Pairs: Living & Communication Reflection
互惠生自评大约需要 15–20 分钟，内容涉及责任与可靠、儿童照护安全、耐心、压力下的沟通、适应能力、文化好奇心、独立性、日常判断，以及对家庭生活的期待。完成后会生成一份简要画像，帮助互惠生认识自己，也帮助接待家庭知道应该从哪里开始交流。
The au pair reflection takes about 15–20 minutes. It covers reliability, childcare safety, patience, communication under stress, adaptability, cultural curiosity, independence, everyday judgment and expectations for family life. After completion, it creates a short portrait that helps au pairs reflect on themselves and gives host families useful places to begin a conversation.
给接待家庭：家庭期待与相处画像 / For Host Families: Family Expectations & Living Style
家庭自评大约需要 5–8 分钟。它会帮助家庭梳理项目目标、期待的人选经验、时间安排、隐私与边界、沟通与矛盾处理，以及怎样支持互惠生融入家庭。完成后形成的是一份家庭自述，而不是平台替家庭作出的评价。
The host-family reflection takes about 5–8 minutes. It helps families clarify their program goals, the experience they expect, schedules, privacy and boundaries, communication and conflict repair, and how they hope to support an au pair’s inclusion in family life. The result is a family self-description—not a platform verdict about the family.
两套自评目前都支持中文、英文、西班牙语、法语、德语、意大利语和俄语。系统只按站内可见规则展示简要画像，原始答案不会公开。
Both reflections are available in Chinese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Russian. Only a short portrait is shown under the site’s visibility rules; raw answers are not made public.
它不是心理测试，也没有完美分数 / Not a Psychological Test—and No Perfect Score
有些人可能会把这类工具简称为“心理适应度测试”，但我们更愿意称它为自评和画像。它不是专业或临床心理测试，不是心理诊断，也不是心理咨询；它不会判断一个人的心理健康，更不是平台审核、通过标准或匹配保证。
Some people may casually describe tools like these as psychological-fit tests, but we deliberately call them reflections and portraits. They are not professional or clinical psychological tests, diagnoses or counselling. They do not assess anyone’s mental health, approve a profile, set a pass standard or guarantee compatibility.
这里没有及格线，也没有完美答案。某个分数或描述不够理想，并不表示你“不够好”；它只是提醒双方，这个话题值得更早、更具体地谈一谈。一个需要清晰作息的人，并不比喜欢灵活安排的人差。真正重要的，是彼此能不能理解并接受这样的节奏。
There is no passing score and no perfect set of answers. A result that looks less strong in one area does not mean someone is “not good enough”; it simply points to a topic worth discussing earlier and more clearly. A person who needs a clear routine is not worse than someone who prefers flexibility. What matters is whether both sides understand and can live with that rhythm.
请把结果和个人资料、面谈以及双方真实交流放在一起理解。我们的目标不是找到分数最高的人，而是帮助大家找到期待、生活节奏、边界和支持方式更适合彼此的人。
Please read each result alongside the profile, interviews and direct conversation. The goal is not to find the highest-scoring person. It is to find someone whose expectations, routines, boundaries and support needs fit yours.

这一版本中，我们也正式推出了 Ren Select 精选服务。Ren Open 仍然保留给希望自己浏览、联系和推进匹配的用户；Ren Select 则为希望获得更多协助的接待家庭提供一条由顾问参与的路线。
This release also introduces Ren Select, our advisor-led curated service. Ren Open remains available for people who prefer to browse, contact and manage matching directly. Ren Select offers a more supported route for host families who would like an advisor beside them.
顾问会结合家庭需求、Ren 的人选网络和合作机构推荐，协助梳理期待、核对和筛选候选资料、安排沟通与面试，并在项目文件、行前准备和项目期间提供基础跟进。带有 Ren Select 标识的资料会注明负责顾问；已经完成的材料核验或初筛项目，也会逐项展示，而不是用一句笼统的“全部认证”代替。
Our advisors work with each family’s needs, Ren’s candidate network and partner referrals to clarify expectations, review and shortlist profiles, arrange conversations and interviews, and support practical steps before and during a placement. Profiles carrying the Ren Select badge name the assigned advisor, and completed document checks or screening steps are shown individually rather than hidden behind a broad claim of being “fully verified.”
Ren Select 能帮助双方获得更完整的信息，但它不会承诺“完美匹配”，也不会替任何一方作最终决定。具体服务内容和费用，以正式报价与协议为准。
Ren Select can help both sides make a better-informed decision, but it does not promise a “perfect match” or replace either side’s final judgment. Service scope and pricing are confirmed through a formal quote and agreement.

我们并不认为，更多分数就一定能带来更好的匹配。真正有帮助的，是更诚实的自我了解，以及在关系开始之前，愿意把重要的问题说清楚。
We do not believe that more scores automatically create better matches. What helps is honest self-understanding—and the willingness to discuss important questions before a relationship begins.
