Living in a house in Shijingshan District, usually only the mother and daughter are at home. The daughter is quite outgoing but older, with her own thoughts. She likes arts such as musicals, singing, and piano. She also enjoys watching movies and chatting with others. She has a good personality, is outgoing, and easy to get along with. She is currently learning French on her own, and her English is pretty good.

Annie recently fractured her foot and is currently recovering at home. Since it's inconvenient for her to walk, she spends most of her time resting at home.

In mid-October, she will go to the United States to study. She really wants to practice spoken English more to adapt to future life abroad. We don't need you to do housework, give lessons, or do any trivial work. The interaction will be very relaxed. Daily activities include chatting with her at home, watching shows, sharing interesting daily stories, or simply practicing each other's languages.

We have a housekeeper who takes care of all daily chores. You just need to accompany her and interact in a relaxed way! We have very flexible time together with no pressure and a comfortable atmosphere.

Our home is in the city (about a 20-minute drive from Tiananmen). Subway Line 1 can also directly reach major attractions in Beijing. Within a 5-minute walk from home, there is a hospital, and a 12-minute drive takes you to the best hospital in Beijing. Nearby, there is also a shopping mall with a cinema, restaurants, and various shops.

The house has four floors. Basement level 2 is where Annie usually sings and plays the piano; the washing machine is also on that floor.
Basement level 1 is a small study room, and our three cute cats are also there.
The first floor has a large living room, TV, dining room, kitchen, and a guest bedroom.
The second floor has three bedrooms; Mom and Annie both live on the second floor.
We also have a yard where we grow some vegetables and fruits, and we can have barbecues in the summer!
