What We Expect From You - Basic Info Preference: Aged 18-28, no preference in gender. Fluent in English, patient, outgoing and loves children - Provide gentle childcare, English conversation practice and daily accompany for the kids - Help with simple, kid-related light housework (tidy toys, prepare simple snacks, etc.) - Be reliable, positive and willing to adapt to Chinese family life Work Schedule & Your Rights - Working hours: Work 5 days a week, maximum 25 hours per week. (Main working time: 7.30-9.30 and 18.30-21. - Full weekends off (We can show you around, if you are interested to joining us) - Daily private time: You would mainly support in the morning and evening, and most of the time you are free during day time (nine hours from 9.30 to 18.30) and totally free during night time (ten hours from 21 to 7), coz all of us will be super quiet at night.
