Zhenqi L. Family（上海 / Shanghai）

We are a warm and open-minded family living in Xinjiangwan City, Yangpu District, Shanghai. Our neighborhood is surrounded by prestigious universities including Fudan University, Tongji University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Language schools and study resources are very accessible here, which is perfect for au pairs’ language learning and personal improvement.
Our family consists of four members: my husband, our baby boy (who will turn one year old soon), our reliable full-time housekeeper, and me.
I used to work full-time in the office. Due to recent career adjustments, I now work from home on a long-term basis. My husband has a very busy work schedule and is often occupied with his job. Therefore, the daily family life and baby care are mainly taken care of by me and our experienced nanny. We have a stable, quiet and warm household atmosphere.
My family is Christian, and I grew up in a Christian family with sincere, gentle and grateful values. We highly prefer Christian au pairs, as we share similar life values and lifestyle.
Both my husband and I are open-minded, respectful and easy-going. We respect different cultures, personal boundaries and private time.
We treat our au pair as a family member, not an employee.
