关于支持： 我们会把你当做家庭成员而非“员工”。除了提供独立的房间和一日三餐，我们还会给予你每周的零花钱，并全力协助你适应这边的生活。我们希望你白天协助照看孩子，晚上和周末可以选择家庭集体出行活动，也可以选择自由活动。
