I went to my mother’s class every week to help her to organise activities in english. I was also helping students for their homework. I also played games in english with my little cousin, I read her stories in english, I made her watch english tv shows, I also helped for her homework.

Hello! My name is Sam, I’m 21 years old, and I come from France. I am currently studying at Sciences Po Grenoble, a selective university where I specialize in political science, economics, law, and international relations.

I speak fluent English, my mother is an English teacher, so I’ve been exposed to the language since I was very young. I also recently started learning Chinese, and I have reached the HSK1 level. I am very motivated to improve my Chinese skills, which is one of the main reasons I want to become an au pair in China.

I’m deeply interested in Chinese culture and daily life, and I believe that being an au pair is the perfect opportunity to learn the language and experience the culture from the inside.

I have previous experience in babysitting, and I truly enjoy spending time with children teaching, playing, and helping them grow.

I also have experience handling responsibility: last summer, I worked as a lifeguard at a busy lake beach with over 500 visitors per day. I was trained in first aid (I have first aid diplomas) and had to remain calm and alert at all times, an experience that taught me a lot about responsibility, safety, and taking care of others.

I am calm, responsible, and easy to live with. I would be very happy to share my culture and language with your family, while learning as much as I can from you as well.
