My name is Naima;
I’m from Costa Rica and I’m 18 years old.
I’m very excited about this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about who I am.
I consider myself an energetic, patient, outgoing, and kind person.
I really enjoy spending time with children, learning from them, and joining in on their daily activities.
It is important to me to create an environment where children feel safe, heard, and comfortable.
I have experience looking after children, especially during my current time as an Au Pair in Chengdu, which has been a wonderful experience, as well as caring for my sisters and cousins back home.
Some of the activities I enjoy doing with them include singing, playing outdoors, dancing, doing crafts,reading and playing games at home.
In my free time, I like going to the gym, taking walks to explore the city, and watching movies. I love dancing and different sports, I've practiced volleyball, swimming, cheerleading and I dance ballet and jazz since I'm 4 years old.
I am also very interested in learning about new cultures and languages. I love learning and meeting new people.
Right now, I am looking foward to keep learn Mandarin and discovering more about Chinese culture.
I don’t want this experience to be just a trip;
I would love to become part of a family, learn about your culture, and share a bit of my own at the same time.
I believe I can bring enthusiasm, responsibility, and a strong desire to learn to the family.
I deeply respect privacy and agreed boundaries, and I am very organized with my schedule and duties.
I am also willing to adapt to the family's routines, needs and above all, to build a positive relationship based on respect and communication.
